3. the maximum voltage for the capacitor is 1.1 times of rated voltage, maximum current is 1.3 times of rated current and maximun output is 1.3 times of rated output;

4. the capacitor should be used under altitude of 2000m;

5. when applying the voltage, the residual voltage should not exceed 10% of rated one.
